Warranty/Returns and Shipping Policy

Parts Warranty –

We offer a 1 year warranty for all parts excluding “wear or chew” items as these are meant to be chewed on and eventually destroyed and replaced. Simply email us with your order ID and contact information along with a picture of the part in question. We will then determine if we can send a replacement part out free of charge. In many cases, you will be required to send the part in before receiving a replacement.

Return Information –

If you decide you need to return your purchase for any reason, please refer to this policy. Please email us with your order ID and let us know you would like to return your item. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to our facility. Once received we will refund your purchase amount minus the shipping cost to and from your location. Returned items must be in unused and resell-able condition to be refunded.

Shipping Information –

We ship 90% of orders out the same day of the sale before 11 am. Otherwise they will leave our warehouse the next business day. We ship via USPS and a tracking number will be sent to you automatically. Email us if you do not receive your tracking and we can resend it to you. Please be sure you are available for the delivery or they can deliver to a safe location. Package theft is very common now and only you know if your house is safe. Once a package leaves our warehouse, any communication should be directed to the shipper with your tracking number as a reference. We cannot offer refunds for stolen items. So please keep this in mind when ordering online and use your tracking number to prevent theft and lost items.

International Orders –

We cannot provide any warranty outside of the USA at this time. If you order from anywhere outside of the US, please understand that there will be no warranty in place.
